Emotional Content
Emotional Content, which publishes manga (Japanese comics), was created by Eiji Shimizu with the goal of making “manga about the spiritual and political leaders who changed the world for the better.” So far they published manga biographies of several leaders such as Mother Teresa and Che Guevara and are working on biographies of Aung San Suu Kyi and Mahatma Gandhi.

Aranim Media Factory
Suleiman Bakhit has a mission to fight intolerance and ignorance about Muslims and the Middle East. One day, during an elementary school presentation on Arab culture, a student asked him what Arab superheroes looked like. He replied that they didn’t have any. But he would change that. His mission, with the Arab-targeted Aranim Media Factory, has evolved to changing “how the Arab world sees itself,” as well as “the way the world sees the Arab world.”
