In Nigeria an estimated 10 million children don’t go to school. A new approach to education called the Hello Hub uses the latest technology to bring a classroom to remote villages. The Hello Hub is a solar powered kiosk that has a computer filled with educational games and Internet connectivity. Hello Hub is rugged enough to stand Nigeria’s harsh weather. The remote classroom is not a replacement for schools but it brings the beginning of education to places where schools thus far don’t reach.
