EDWINS, which stands for “education wins”, is a restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio that is creating success for itself and for the inmates that make up the staff. Brandon Chrostowski pulled himself out of crime and is now channeling positive change by creating this restaurant.

One of the country’s biggest problems is that inmates frequently return to prison soon after being released. The restaurant puts inmates through intensive restaurant boot camp to give them the opportunity to work in the restaurant.

EDWINS is redirecting the lives of individuals by giving them a chance and giving them a reason to stay away from crime.
