110 years ago, journalist Napoleon Hill, the author of Think and Grow Rich, set down with steel baron Andrew Carnegie for a series of interviews aimed about the principles of his success. For Carnegie mindset was the critical component: the problem most of us face isn’t that our goals are too audacious but that we aren’t leveraging our mind as a tool to attain what we want to achieve. The interviews were recently reprinted in How To Own Your Own Mind (Penguin Random House, 2017.)
