Today’s Solutions: June 24, 2026

How does an alternative medicine guru stay mentally clear and present? Deepak Chopra’s latest book, Metahuman, comes out October 1st and features his thoughts on how to expand our lives beyond daily living to find deeper purpose. Today, we share what his daily routine looks like and how he achieves living a “clear life.”

His mornings start early, at 6 am and feature 90 minutes of mindful meditation. Good news for caffeine lovers, his next step is enjoying three cups of black coffee, as he enjoys its benefits as a powerful antioxidant. Unsurprisingly, his daily routine also involves yoga, either with a teacher or self-led before he embarks on work. The rest of the day consists of writing, light vegetarian meals, and plenty of walking.

Most importantly, Chopra says his routine doesn’t break, it bends. If he’s traveling or on vacation, he tries to maintain a similar schedule around whatever events may be happening. He also emphasizes the importance of taking weekends off for rest and family time, because all good routines include time for relaxation!
