Indeed, one of its secrets seems to be the widespread practice of the reduced-hour week. Working part-time is very common among women and is a fast-growing trend among men. In fact, it is a right that no employer can deny nor hold against you in any shape or form. So what if it comes with a reduced salary? Money alone, it seems, doesn’t bring happiness—nor health.
