For most of us, it’s still hard to imagine the world where cars are driven by computers. And that that would be a safer world. However, we are definitely going to a self-driving car reality. Here’s another big step in that direction. The Obama administration now says: “We envision in the future, you can take your hands off the wheel, and your commute becomes restful or productive instead of frustrating and exhausting.” And: driverless cars “will save time, money and lives.”
