But that doesn’t make much sense when you only want to insure one expensive item. That’s why Australia-based insurance company Trōv has created an app-based insurance platform that offers on-demand insurance tailored to individuals. Users upload their valuable items to the Trōv app (either via photos or from the product database) and the app provides affordable rates on an item-by-item basis.
