Today’s Solutions: March 22, 2026

It may be a rather silly image now in the days of smartphones. But there was a time when in order to listen to your own music collection, you’d have to travel around with a bunch of vinyl LPs under your arm. Apple’s iTunes revolutionized the way we listen to our favourite music on the go. Now Ford is attempting the same with our cars. Its new app, FordPass, is strongly based on the principle of the sharing economy and foresees a future when in order to get around you don’t have to own a car anymore, but you’ll surely need an app that will allow you to get you to where you want to go. Instead of focusing on features like car’s maintenance, the FordPass is all about mobility. It works more like a private concierge service, aiding you with navigation, even if you don’t own a Ford, but mostly helping you to get to your destination whether it’s with car-sharing, public transport or using a bike.
