Nikola Motor Company, the American manufacturer that wants to build electric has announced it has raised $2.3 billion in the first month since they opened pre-sales. The company will unveil its first electric truck prototype in December, but has over 7,000 reservations for the production model. According to the company, an electric truck would save around $400,000 in fuel in one million miles along with savings on maintenance bills of over $100,000 for the same distance.
