The incredibly popular Nespresso coffee pods make brewing your favorite caffeinated beverage a breeze, but the problem with these pods are that they are too small for most recycling services to process, which means they often end up in landfills. That’s why Nespresso has launched programs in the U.S and Australia where customers can mail their used capsules to a specialist recycling plant where the aluminum capsule is split from the used coffee grounds inside. And no matter how far a customer lives from the plant, Nespresso will pay the cost of postage.
