The powder, which contains one serving of broccoli per two tablespoons, can be stirred into smoothies, baked goods and even coffee (how delightful). The idea is that the broccoli powder can help Australians reach their recommended daily intake of vegetables while reducing vegetable waste by creating healthy food products from imperfect produce.
