Hospital food is an oxymoron. But in one experiment in Berlin that is changing. This hospital hired the chef of one of the city’s hottest restaurants to introduce a menu based on locally grown organic vegetables, grass-fed beef and catfish raised at an environmentally conscious aquafarm.
