Elon Musk’s Boring Company that is set to help alleviate off-putting traffic congestions has cut the ribbon to its first test tunnel. One of the company’s main missions is to cut the costs and time involved in burrowing holes through the ground in order to build a network of traffic-busting tunnels. The demonstration tunnel is remarkable progress coming only two years after the ambitious idea was made public.
