The trend of eating plant-based foods as substitute for meat products is growing faster than you think. In just 60 days, the product has become the most vastly growing product in its category, selling more than one million in less than 60 days. That’s an unprecedented amount for a plant-based product and could signal that the meat-based burger may be going out of style.
