In a recent study, researchers found that high amounts of alcohol consumption can heighten your risk of dementia. On the flip-side, no alcohol consumption at all is also linked to dementia. The trick is to consume only moderate amounts of alcohol. The researchers found that less than 2 glasses a day for men and 1 glass a day for women can actually reduce your risk of dementia.
