Research has shown that people can reap great benefits from starting the day early in the morning, such as becoming more proactive, better planners, or even more optimistic. Adding to those advantages, a new study involving 220,000 participants found that women that regularly wake up early have a lower risk of developing breast cancer. The findings discovered that people whose genes made them more likely to be early risers were less likely to develop breast cancer by as much as 48 percent.
