There’s a growing trend sweeping through the offices of America’s top businesses. It’s called “biophilic design,” using nature to inspire office interiors. Studies have proven that desks with a window, more plants, or even less drab wallpaper can noticeably increase focus, and improve your mood, all while lowering blood pressure. Now Google is jumping on the bandwagon and going as far as to affix light sensing devices around their worker’s necks to gauge employee’s sun levels while they work. That might be going a little too far, we think getting a couple plants, or maybe a fish tank should do the trick.
