Artificial flavors and colors, like Red 40 and Yellow 5, have been associated with causing hyperactivity, attention deficit disorder (ADD), and other health concerns. Now Nestlé USA has announced plans to leave out all artificial flavors and colors from their chocolate bars. The plan is to have Nestlé bars adorned with the ‘no artificial colors or flavors’ logo on store shelves by mid-2015. Hopefully other companies will follow suite and join the natural food trend.
