The benefits of meditation really are countless. Among them is that meditation is the only proven way to prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Do you know anyone who meditates? You probably do and I almost guarantee they’re not the ‘stereotypical meditator’, they probably look like, and are, a regular person like you and me. So kick the stigmatism and start meditating. Science has proven you start feeling meditation’s benefits after just one session.
