Running makes you live longer according to a new study published in the journal American College of Cardiology. The interesting part of the findings is that speed and distance don’t impact the years running adds to your life. The study followed 5,500 adults for 15 years and discovered those who run—from casual joggers to ultra-marathon runners—lived an average of 30% longer.
