Some may think that sleeping less may give them more productive hours during the day. However that gain comes at a price. Researchers at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore found that adults who get at least 7 hours of sleep at night exhibit fewer signs of brain aging compared to adults who get less than 7 hours.
