Ariel Garten’s InterAxon created a headband called Muse that in conjunction with an app—Calm—increases focus and reduces stress. Users report that their meditation becomes much less distracted. Many will argue that the 24/7 communication world of modern technology creates stress. But the same technology—blended with neuroscience—is also pointing to solutions.
