Today’s Solutions: August 03, 2026

If one busy bee can justify finding time to do something fun because it’s good for her health, she’ll be more likely to give herself permission to indulge. And the promise of having fun can definitely give us the nudge to take a break from all the busy-ness and finally attend to one’s body health and mental sanity.
