Having enough friends with a healthy mood can cut the probability of becoming depressed in half. That’s one of the conclusions of new study by the University of Warwick. The researchers were looking at the way teenagers in a group of high schools influenced each others’ mood. They also found that having happy friends can double the chances of recovering from a depression.
