Indeed, new research from the University of Reading suggests that three glasses of champagne a week could help prevent the onset of dementia. However, we are still many studies away from knowing for sure whether this is actually true or not. In the meantime, there are many other things you can do from brain training to group singing that can help reduce the risk of getting dementia, as well as improving cognitive skills and memory. Here are a list of those things, some of which you may already be doing in your life.
