A big reason why Italians are so healthy—as part of their overall way of life—is their diet, which is rich in vegetables and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Italy is a living embodiment of how important it is for consumers to have access to fresh produce, fruit, lean meats and fish, all of which Italians love to indulge in.
