A random but telling statistic: 84 percent of brides use social media on their wedding day. That would be a day they have their best friends around them… Another statistic: The number of social media users has passed 3 billion with no signs of slowing. One thing all that social media usage does not seem to bring is a healthy connection between people. We need real socializing for our health. Science shows it is as important as eating well and not smoking.
