We know that Silicon Valley can make traditional industries tremble. Impossible Foods is an unusual startup in the Valley, but not just because of its location we may take its mission seriously. The company, that has already introduced a “bleeding” veggie burger that many can’t differentiate from the real thing, wants to eliminate all animal-based food products by 2035. Next stop: “fish” made from plants.
