In our fervor for high intensity exercise, we seem to have forgotten about exercise’s older, more elemental sibling: movement. Of course, all exercise is movement, but not all movement is exercise. Indeed when compared to exercise, movement is a humbler, subtler, and easier practice to implement in dozens of ways throughout your day. You may not notice huge changes in your physical health immediately, but your body will thank you with time.
