If you work at Starbucks and aren’t sure how you’re getting to the polls, you’re in luck. The coffee chain announced it will offer employees complimentary Lyft rides to polling stations. This includes voting in person, going to volunteer at voting stations, or even just a ride to the post office to mail in your ballot.

Starbucks is one of the first major companies to announce this policy and will cover rides of up to $75 for each employee. The rides will be available anytime between October 5 and election day, November 3. The policy is part of their “Fuel Our Democracy” initiative which also includes a partnership with Civic Alliance to offer employees paid time off to go work the polls.

Fuel Our Democracy isn’t just aimed at Starbucks’ 200,000 employees. Since early September, the company has made voter registration forms, resources, and location information available to customers on its website and app.
