By replacing 30 minutes of daily sitting with a simple activity, such as walking, housework, or even standing, you can drastically decrease your heart attack risk. Previous research has assumed that improving heart health can only happen when doing high-impact or aerobic exercise, but a new study has found that the even everyday low-impact activities can have positive effects on the heart.
