Fortunately for anyone who is unfortunate enough to sustain such an injury, there is hope after researchers successfully transplanted an entire penis and scrotum to a young serviceman who lost his genitals fighting in Afghanistan. It took 9 surgeons and two urological specialists, but after 14 hours, the transplant was a success.
