Today’s Solutions: March 30, 2026

The winner for Best Technology Achievement at this year’s Tech Crunch Crunchies, a ceremony that awards the top tech breakthroughs that occurred over the past year, was given to a Dutch solar car called Stella. Stella is a four-seat solar car capable of travelling up to 500 miles on a single charge. In addition to it’s impressive range, Stella deployed an innovative technology that allows cars to communicate with one another to determine things like the proper safe driving speed at any given time. Stella is currently traversing the streets of California, and will hopefully be commercially available in the coming years.
