The world’s newest sovereign state has already received 200.000 applications for citizenship from around the world. Its founding fathers name Thomas Jefferson as their inspiration, and aim to demonstrate that small government is the best way to run a prosperous nation where everyone can thrive. But first, they will need to build it.
