Just take a look at Marburg, a German town pioneering a model to connect incoming refugees job that stabilize their lives. Marburg has a job center unlike any other that gives refugees more time to complete internships and notifies them of programs they qualify for in their native languages. The center even has a special program that assesses refugees’ skills to connect them to specialized jobs.
