Tesla has added another piece to the puzzle in its quest to bring electric cars to the whole world. The electric carmaker has agreed to buy German’s Grohmann Engineering group, which develops automated manufacturing systems for batteries and fuel cells. The acquisition will help Tesla expand its reach into Europe while ballooning their production capacity from 80,000 vehicles to 500,000 to 2018.
