According to a new study, doing yoga twice a week may improve the quality of life for men being treated for prostate cancer and may help reduce the side effects of radiation such as fatigue and sexual dysfunction. The researchers said that yoga has been shown to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, which may explain why the sexual and urinary functions of those who practiced yoga improved.
