Today’s Solutions: April 24, 2024

When the quote below appeared on my Twitter page, I had to smile.

Aine Belton ‏@AineBelton
Access the well of peace within from which all good things rise … your love, joy, & wisdom inside. ~#Aine

Aine, an Irish name pronounced Onya, is the founder of the Global Love Project in London: www.globalloveproject.com. Their homepage reads:

“Love is the key to a golden future both individually, and collectively.

The uniting power of love dissolves barriers, heals divides, and bridges differences, uniting one and all. There is ultimately nothing that enough love will not heal, transform and transcend.

The Global Love Project is a platform and opportunity for you to experience, share and celebrate more love in your life, with numerous facets from the fun to profound.”

Aine often uses limericky rhymes in her Tweets, and I loved the idea of a well of peace within. So, of course, there is one, but only if we’ll seek it. Seeking includes finding in my reality.

According to Aine, that same well of peace is where love, joy and wisdom source inside us. I have to agree with her. In fact, I think inner peace is the mother of all virtues because without it, the rest have a hard time manifesting in our lives.

The next time you find yourself anxious or out of sorts, stop a moment, breathe out, and consider Aine’s notion that there’s a well of peace within. Thinking on it accesses it.
