Basically the Wakati is a tent made of insulated fabric and a small solar powered fan on the side. The Wakati keeps food fresh by creating a microclimate and circulating the air, it also keeps fungi from growing. The Wakati keeps food fresh for 10x longer allowing farmers more time to get their crops to market.
