Studies have shown that the work place is not equal. White males make more money than their female or minority coworkers do for the same jobs. Intel is trying to change that. In a recent announcement Intel says it will invest $300 million to diversify their workforce, creating pipelines specifically catered to accelerate the careers of women and minorities. Their goal is to have a workforce that is representative of the US population by 2020.
