Being satisfied with your life is one of the most peaceful things anyone can accomplish. While satisfaction has overt emotional and mental benefits, a new study has found that being satisfied with your life will lead to additional health benefits. The study looked at more than 1400 women over a 20-year period and kept track of both their satisfaction levels and bone density. Study authors say that a healthy mental state is even more important for seniors and leads to better life decisions.
