Today’s Solutions: February 23, 2026

Many of us agree that starting our day rushed, frazzled and stressed out is no way to live. The good news is that we have a choice. It is a choice that requires willpower and perhaps some discomfort at first — such as getting up earlier than we’re accustomed to. But once we reap the obvious benefits of moving our alarm clock forward by a few minutes and practicing other morning little rituals to nurture our body and soul, there will be no turning back.
