According to a new study, aerobic exercise helps to enhance human vision and arouses neurons in the visual cortex, which helps the brain process visual information. Interestingly enough, the study also found that low-intensity aerobic exercise is more effective than high-intensity exercise. The findings reinforce the notion that regular exercise can benefit both physical and mental health.
