A survey by InterNations, the world’s largest network for people who live and work abroad, rated 43 different aspects of life abroad on a scale of 1-7. These 13 countries scored the best. Yes, the Scandinavian countries score well as usual in surveys like this. But what about Taiwan and Oman?
