Study: Biking to work cuts risk of cancer and heart disease in half

The commute to work doesn’t have to be an annoying part of the day. Rather, the commute can be something that is beneficial, that is, if you use a bicycle as your vehicle. The study also found that those who biked each workday grew accustomed to the practice, meaning that it took no willpower to get on the bike each day, unlike going to the gym.
