In Argentina, the country of meat-lovers, the general secretary of the government introduced vegan Mondays to the kitchen of government house. The move was met with outrage, which isn’t much of a surprise considering Argentina is the second-most carnivorous country in the world. But as time has passed, the vegan meals have become wildly popular within the government house. Now that’s what we call leading by example.
