By hiring homeless candidates to work as property managers for apartment complexes and allowing them to live on-site for cheap. This not only helps those without a home, but also the real estate company: entry-level employees in the real estate industry have a high turnover rate of 50 percent, but the retention rate for homeless candidates stands at 87 percent.
