Our bodies need healthy nutrients. Ophthalmologists were looking for the best food to maintain the eyes. They conclude in this research that the Mediterranean diet with lots of fruit and vegetables olive oil and some meat, fish and red wine, is best to protect our eyes. The good news is that other parts of our body respond positively as well to the same diet. The conclusion is that good food with lots of nutrients determines our health.
