Using his ability to create proteins genetically identical to those of animals, a bio-engineer has managed to develop cow-free dairy products that taste exactly like the real thing. Together with another vegan biologist, the scientist created a technology to insert a DNA sequence into microflora like yeast that produces casein and whey proteins that are identical to those found in cow’s milk.
